I've been busy during my absence... including a trip to Canberra, where I discovered an amazing book shop which specialises in both new and second hand crime/mystery fiction. So if you're ever in Canberra, be sure to check out Gaslight Books, in Fyshwick.
They'd just unpacked a few boxes of Rue Morgue Press books when I visited, and I left with an armload of books, including a Helen McCloy short story collection and a Constance & Gwenyth Little title.
And then there was Canty's Bookshop, also in Fyshwick. Rows and rows of green and white Penguin crime paperbacks! I had to be dragged out of there. It was awesome!

Welcome back to the land of blog, I now have something to read once again.
Ditto, welcome back, had been wondering where you'd got to.
I have this edition of Almost Blue at home, and enjoyed the book, I just wished it was longer - it's so short.
I like the previous post cover too. I've never seen that done to an anatomical model before!
